Keep Multiple Cards on File
With our credit card filing system, customers can store up to 2 credit cards on an account. In the case that a primary card declines, the secondary card will be charged, allowing you to relax and your customers to enjoy your services (*).
With a direct integration to Global Payments or Worldpay
When a payment goes through, the package expiration date is extended by one billing cycle.
When a payment is declined, the package is automatically frozen for payment and a notice is sent to the client.
TanTrack stores two payment methods on file. If one card declines, TanTrack automatically tries the second method and makes that one the active method for future payments.
