Effective July 1st, we’ll start with our new hours now that the tanning season has come to an end.

Previously, we charged $75 per issue for any after hours calls for those without a valid support agreement, and $25 per issue for those that have a valid support agreement.

Now, the “after hours” calls are FREE for those with an active support agreement.  For those without, it will remain at $75 per issue.

As always, all software updates are INCLUDED with a valid support agreement.

Standard Hours:  (Support Agreement Required)

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST

After Hours Support:  (NO CHARGE! w/valid support contract or $75 per issue without)

Mon-Fri 5pm-7pm CST
Sat 8am-Noon CST
